All applicants must fill out and submit the Suffolk County Down Payment Assistance Program for First-Time Homebuyers 2023 Application PDF (English) (Spanish). Please carefully read all requirements and guidelines contained in the application.

Applications may also be submitted via mail or in person to the Suffolk County Community Development Office. However, as the Program is first-come, first-served, digital applications are more likely to receive a speedier response.
